EASTERN NORTH was known as BOTHWELL Excavation & Demolition llc based out of Salem Ma. cense 2016 closed in 2023 do to covid business was good till covid ended up selling a lot off took a hard hit. regaining some equipment back and renaming the company because it was in the works of taking on a partner. Partner dropped the ball a few times. leaving N/E hanging and costing it a few pieces of equipment . so now the company has employed what we call a (buy out manager!) this manger will step in the spring and take on work and manage the business as his own until we agree on a price per month till he reaches a goal point ware he hsa the option to buy completely out or stay on with the company. Now as 49 percent partner with 70 percent disshion making control. (for details on how this works please refer to section B of how we operate.) so now we are partnered with are manager and he runs the company as his own under a percentage every 1/4 we do this with other company's as well we own the trucks and equipment pay the maintenance ,insurance so forth till they buy us out or sign new contract. or buy theirs out.
